Welcome
You are at the home page of the official website for the Red River Valley Paralegal Association (RRVPA). Our associaton was organized in 1981 and has been affiliated with the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. (NALA), since 1983.
RRVPA is a professional association dedicated to fostering the utilization, networking, development and education of paralegals throughout Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota. Our members are practicing paralegals, paralegal students and legal educators/administrators. Our association consists of two regions - the North Region, based in Grand Forks, ND, and the South Region, based in Fargo, ND. Both regions conduct regular meetings, along with social events and other activities, that are open to all RRVPA members. Additionally, RRVPA puts on two annual seminars, traditionally a fall seminar and a spring seminar, which are open to members and non-member legal professionals and provide continuing legal education for the general benefit of attendees, as well as credits needed for maintaining CLA/CP certification through NALA.
